We welcome volunteers!
There are many ways for volunteers, teen to adult, to help out at Coastal Kids. Opportunities include:
- Volunteering to help with fundraising events for the school
- Joining our campus clean-up days (fall/spring)
- Participating in our Parent-Teacher Organization, which meets one evening per month
- Helping with building repairs, snow removal, gardening, small construction projects
- Providing licensed, skilled labor – electric, plumbing, HVAC
- Considering joining our Board of Directors
- Collecting and donating school supplies – art materials, children’s books, snacks, small toys and games, age-appropriate science kits, cleaning supplies, paper goods
- Sharing your particular skills by planning and leading a classroom activity! Examples include leading arts & crafts projects, playing instruments and singing songs, demonstrating age-appropriate science experiments, reading and storytelling, cooking kid-friendly recipes
