It’s our 31st year!
For 30 years, Coastal Kids has been a place where children and families can learn, grow, and feel supported. As we look ahead, we’re excited to build on that foundation—not only within our classrooms, but throughout our community.
We’re working more closely with local schools, early childhood programs, and community organizations to help ensure that all families in our community feel connected to the resources, relationships, and support they need. Because raising children takes a village—and we want Coastal Kids to be an active part of that village.
In the year ahead, look for family workshops featuring local experts and special guests, inclusive community events, opportunities for families and organizations to connect, and new partnerships that strengthen the network of support surrounding young children and their families.
We’re also continuing to invest in the spaces and tools our children and teachers use every day, including:
- Technology and learning tools that help our teachers meet children where they are and support a wide range of learners
- Continued improvements to our outdoor spaces to make them more accessible, inclusive, engaging, and full of opportunities for play and discovery
- Enhanced safety and security measures throughout our campus
Thirty years in, we’re proud of where we’ve been—and incredibly excited about what comes next.
More to come soon on how you can be part of it. It takes a village. Let’s keep building ours.

It’s our 29th year!
We are planning some much-needed improvements on campus, including:
- Installing cameras to improve the safety and security of our campus
- Upgrading our front entryway, front door, and remote student sign in/out options
- Improving our playground surface and structures to provide a truly accessible, inclusive, and state-of-the-art outdoor space for our students to learn and play together
