Inclusive, developmentally appropriate, language-based curriculum to Lincoln County preschool children
Support Our School
Coastal Kids Preschool is a non-profit, and we fundraise for approximately one-third of every child’s tuition. We also provide scholarships for those children who might not be able to afford a quality program. We are grateful to our community donors and sponsors for supporting our mission — to provide a quality preschool education for all children, regardless of income or ability.

Annual Events

Our Board of Directors and Parent Group sponsor a variety of fundraising events.  Funds raised support our tuition assistance program as well as general operating expenses.

2014 Spaghetti Dinner

2014 Spaghetti Dinner

Past fundraisers conducted by our Parents and Staff include fall flower bulb sales, Roundtop Ice Cream sales, CloseBuy Maine made products, a winter “Get Out of Town” event, and our Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Raffle.  It was through the tireless efforts of the Parent Group that we were able to purchase our state of the art accessible playground equipment!

Contribute Financially
In order to maintain the quality of our programs, we depend on your generosity. Coastal Kids Preschool greatly appreciates any and all contributions.

In-Kind Donations

Coastal Kids is always looking for materials, equipment and supplies for the classroom and office. Contact us at 207-563-5335 if you’d like to make an in-kind donation.  In-kind donations are tax deductible.

iGive makes helping Coastal Kids Preschool free and automatic. When you signup for a free account, CKP will earn money every time you shop online.
The iGive Button is a simple browser app. It tells stores that you want a percentage of every purchase you make donated to your favorite cause or charity, at no cost to you.

Recycle  Ink Cartridges

Drop your used ink cartridges off at CKP! We get a $2 mechandise credit at Staples for every cartridge. Your donations enable us to purchase needed office supplies and teaching materials. If you or your business would like to arrange a regular pick-up of ink cartridges,  just let us know!

Returnable Bottles
CKP has an account at The Bottle King Centers in Newcastle and Damariscotta. Just drop off your returnables and indicate the proceeds should go towards CKP. Each contribution, no matter how small makes a difference.

CKP has an account  at Young’uns consignment shop on Main Street, Business Route 1, in Damariscotta.  When you bring in your gently worn children’s clothing items and toys,  just ask them to put the proceeds on the CKP school account.
